“Tim's cottage is right on the shore of Seneca Lake. It's well cared for overall, has lots of personal touches from his his family's life, has a lovely deck overlooking the lake, and an excellent dock for relaxing on, fishing off of, and launching off into the lake in one type of boat or another. Cooking supplies were ample, parking was good, relaxing either in the living room or on the deck were both great. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I to have a few days' break with our grand...

“The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a few days stay. There were a few things I would change of possible. Furniture could be more comfortable and easier.for.those with accessibility issues. The couches in the home are too low and hard to get up from, just.to name one thing. Other items are minorand easily fixable. These things do not take away from how overall nice the unit is.”

“Beautiful house and property with plenty of space indoor and out. The house is very well stocked and great location to lots of different things while being secluded. We would stay here again! The only downside is that one of the "bedrooms" is just a bed in the hallway.”

“Beautiful farmhouse. Really big and very well kept and clean. Our stay was at beginning of June and the temperature was low 70’s so it was comfortable but the bedrooms needed fans since the air conditioner units were not yet installed. The rest of the house was fine. ”
